Ingredients:
- 250g gluten-free marshmallows (check the label to make sure)
- 6 cups GF rice puffs (e.g., Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles) OR GF chocolate rice puffs (e.g., Kellogg’s Cocoa Puffs)
- 3 tbsp butter
- Neutral cooking oil
Method:
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch cake pan with cooking oil. Set aside.
- Choose your cooking method:
Stovetop: Melt butter over low heat in a medium saucepan. Once melted, add marshmallows. Stir constantly until completely melted. Remove from the heat.
Microwave: Heat butter and marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 3 minutes (stir after 2 minutes). Melt completely. Stir until smooth.
- Immediately add all your chosen gluten-free cereal. Stir together until completely coated.
- Press the mixture evenly into your cake pan. Refrigerate until set. To serve, cut into even squares. Enjoy!
