Cacao and Coconut Fit Balls (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients (makes 12)

  • 1 cup seeds (pumpkin & sunflower seeds)
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder (I use PranaON)
  • 10 medjool dates
  • 1 tbls raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup (unsweetened) desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until sticky.
  2. Roll into balls
  3. Dust with extra coconut
  4. Set in the fridge for at least an hour before enjoying!
