These gluten free Tim Tam balls are not only 3 ingredients, but they are the most irresistible bite-sized wonders, capturing the nostalgic flavours of the iconic Australian Tim Tam biscuit while being gluten free. They are bite-sized and indulgent at the same time, making them the perfect treat for entertaining any time of year.

Ingredients:
- 400g gluten free Tim Tams (2-3 packets)
- 250g of softened/room temperature cream cheese
- 1 ½ cups of milk chocolate chips
Method:
- Place the Tim Tams in a food processor, and blend until smooth.
- Add in the cream cheese and process again until just combined (don’t over-process).
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes or so.
- Roll into a teaspoon or tablespoon-sized balls.
- Pop them back in the fridge while you melt the chocolate (microwave on low or use a bowl over boiling water).
- Dip the balls in the melted chocolate, and/or drizzle on top. Put them back in the fridge for 10 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
Tips & Tricks:
- Decorate them for the festive season by coating them in milk or dark chocolate, and then drizzling white chocolate on top.
- These can be frozen, or you can seal them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four weeks.
