In most cases, these specific biomarkers required for accurate diagnosis are produced once gluten comes into contact with the small intestine.
The enzymes in GluteGuard work by breaking down gluten peptides before they interact with the small intestine, effectively reducing the gluten load that is absorbed and therefore likely to interfere with the diagnostic procedure.
