Ingredients (makes 12)
- 1 cup seeds (pumpkin & sunflower seeds)
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder (I use PranaON)
- 10 medjool dates
- 1 tbls raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup (unsweetened) desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until sticky.
- Roll into balls
- Dust with extra coconut
- Set in the fridge for at least an hour before enjoying!
